Do you cater for children at The Crown and Anchor?
The Crown and Anchor welcomes children in the bar until 9pm. Our children’s menu is available during our food service hours. We can provide you with a high chair, crayons and baby changing facilities. We respectfully ask that children are supervised by an adult at all times in the restaurant, bar and beer garden.

Do you cater for parties?
Yes. If you’re looking for somewhere to hold your party? The Crown and Anchor is just the place.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, a birthday, christening or you’re just throwing a party, we’d love to help you with your plans.
We have a number of different spaces within the bar that can accommodate between 15-40 people. If you’re looking to have a meal, the restaurant can cater for up to 80 guests for a formal sit-down dinner. Or if you’re thinking alfresco, why not hire our marquee and have your event within the garden.

It’s my birthday, can I get a free drink?
Members of our rewards scheme receive a free drink on their birthday. Grab your True North rewards card from any of our bars or sign up here to activate your account.
You’ll also get 5% of everything you spend back onto your card to use within True North Brew Co venues and exclusive offers throughout the year.
What is the largest table you can accommodate?
We can accommodate a single table booking for 10 people or private dining for 80 guests.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to a member of the team before placing your order. Food is prepared in an area where other allergens are present and our menu descriptions do not list all ingredients. Fish and poultry products may contain small bones.
Does The Crown and Anchor have a vegetarian, gluten free or vegan menu?
Our main food menu has options available for special dietary requirements.
Dishes are marked clearly with the following: V Vegetarian, VO Vegetarian Option Available, VG Vegan, VGO Vegan Option Available.

Is The Crown and Anchor wheelchair accessible and do you have accessible toilets?
Yes. The Crown and Anchor is wheelchair accessible via a ramp leading up through the main entrance and the beer garden. However, we do not have accessible toilets and dedicated car parking.
Does The Crown and Anchor offer student discount?
No, we don’t offer student discount.
True North Brew Co has a student rewards card called Pledge where you can receive 20% off all day, every day in participating venues. Please visit truenorthbrewco.uk/pledge for further details.
I work for the NHS, do you offer any discounts?
Yes. The Crown & Anchor gladly offers a 10% off discount to key workers, NHS staff and anyone in the emergency services with a Blue Light Card.
Is there anywhere to park near The Crown and Anchor?
Yes. We have a large car park on-site for our customers to use.
Do you provide free Wi-Fi?
Yes. You can use our Wi-Fi for free. Ask a member of staff.
What measures are you taking to ensure customers are safe in your venue?
Understandably we have made some changes in light of social distancing and heightened safety measures for both or staff and guests.
Some of the measures are:
- Enhanced cleaning regimes
- Distancing measures
- Hand sanitiser freely available
- Increased order at table availability
- One-way systems
- Staff safety training
- Screens at direct contact points

How do I join the True North Brew Co rewards scheme?
Grab your card from any of our bars or sign up here to activate your rewards account.
Members of our rewards scheme will receive 3% of everything you spend back onto your card to use within our venues, a gift on your birthday, and exclusive offers throughout the year.
How can I use my rewards card?
When you make a purchase in one of our venues please hand over your Reward Card for your server to scan. If you do not have your card on you at the time you can add your points using the code on your receipt. To do this, go to your online reward account, click ‘Redeem Code’ and enter the code as it appears on the bottom of the receipt.

I have a True North Brew Co gift card; can I use it at The Crown and Anchor?
Yes. You can redeem the True North Brew Co gift card in venues operated by True North Brew Co. Gift cards can be used to purchase goods and services in venue.
